Arriving to check-in to your holiday accommodation can often be an anti-climax. Long queues and piles of paperwork can take the edge off those holiday feelings. That’s why we have created a large and dedicated new reception and separate Guest Service Centre to help ensure no one is waiting around unnecessarily (when they could be sipping a cold drink on a sun lounger instead). On arrival and departure, Wyndham Residences guests should head to the new Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception for a speedy and efficient check-in and check-out. Open 24 hours a day, our reception team can also arrange for a porter service (available between 8am and midnight) or for your luggage to be stored prior to your departure.

Delivering day-to-day satisfaction

For the rest of your stay, our new Guest Service Centre next to Zac’s First Avenue is the place to go. Open daily between 8am and 10pm, the dedicated team are there to assist with any special requests or services you might need. From arranging reservations for restaurants or Balinese Beds in our VIP pool area and beauty treatments to replacing lost key cards, providing Resort information or booking taxis and car hire. The team has plenty of local knowledge to tap into too and can book you into a range of exciting excursions.
